Bridal Prep Rooms
Dark mahogany wood with gorgeous, big bay windows is the best way to describe it. The hair and makeup artists always place the bride closest to the window, providing beautiful, naturally lit photos.
It’s not short of places to hang the dress for some snaps either. The dark mahogany accents of this room make the dress really stand out!

The main room at Mitton Hall provides ample space for the ceremony, wedding breakfast, and evening reception, being large enough to seat around 150 guests.
The ceremonies here are a dream to photograph. Having worked here with a previous couple, I’ve taken some stunning photos of the newlyweds flooded in light at the altar from the large lantern roof above. Even on a dull and gloomy day, it's wonderfully bright inside.
The coordinators, too, are a joy to work with, which is a running theme at all of James’ Places venues.

There are a few different options in terms of portraits at Mitton Hall. The front of the venue provides a beautiful backdrop, and the rear of the building features a tiered garden lined with trees and views out onto the surrounding Ribble Valley. Both options will help create some stunning snaps!

At Mitton Hall, having two wedding photographers ensures you don’t miss a moment of your special day.
