Adorned by elegant chandeliers, the Derwent Suite is a beautiful setting for speeches and those all-important emotional reception moments.

The Garden Gazebo

With such an incredible backdrop at your disposal, it’s understandable why the Garden Gazebo is the go-to for so many happy couples (and yes, it’s licensed for civil ceremonies). This elegant white gazebo is situated on a lush lawn, perfectly framed by the towering fells and the waters of Derwentwater. It is a stunning, open-air theatre for your ceremony, allowing for wide, dramatic shots of you and your guests against the natural spectacle of the Lakes.

At the Lakeshore Jetty, you get to take advantage of the seemingly endless expanse of Derwentwater and the iconic Cat Bells, which come together to form a panoramic, world-class backdrop for some truly stunning wedding photos.
